In my small IT services business I regularly hire IT contractors all over the country for typically short terms engagements. My criteria is always the same - are they qualified to do the job, have they had the relevant experience and are they likely to turn up on time and keep the customer satisfied.
I've found that of the 80 or so contractors we've hired all over the country, they are mostly small business owners with a commitment to getting the job done.
I couldn't care less what age they are.
I hope your site encourages more seniors to continue to be engaged in the workforce.
