I was listening to Suddenly Senior podcast (Really good with Ian Rogerson and Angela Catterns) today and a great interview with Tim Ferguson who is remarkably chipper about aging even though slightly more challenging for him as he has MS and in a wheelchair. I was struck by his 'just getting on with it' attitude and how he spends a lot of time helping disadvantaged people. Well worth a listen if you haven't already.
