I retired from my job as national sales manager 3 years ago - very exciting at the time, but after a year I was longing to get back to the stimulation of being around (adult!) people and enjoying the thrill of a win. Many companies now consider me to old (at 62) to employ but I am hoping that workr.co may help connect me to companies and people who realise we have still have a lot to offer and contribute to any work force.

Bring on the jobs please!

I'm with you on that one, retirement for some people can result in very long days and a brain revving away looking for application.

I'm glad that you say that because after looking forward to a retirement I had dreamed of as an exciting holiday camp - I found that I began to loose my motivation and my days did indeed become rather long and without any significant structure.

Yes good point as you have came from a place where days are always too short, so maybe that helps become more productive as always try to find ways to cram it all in.
